My previous request to access meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct was rejected, but I would like to kindly ask for the chance to re-apply.

Intended use: I want to use this model for the course learning， home work 6 in machine learning 2025 offered by NTU for specific.
Non-commercial: Yes, this is for research/educational purposes only.
Compliance: I have carefully read the Llama 3.2 Community License Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy, and I confirm that my use will fully comply with them.
Could you please help review my case and reopen access for me? I really appreciate your support in making this possible for researchers and learners.
